I need a real answer as to why i was significantly overcharged, about 20% over the prices i clicked and added to my cart, and cannot resolve the problems with my orders. order #101330879 you have made me feel very foolish for doing business with you. wish i'd read the reviews first because my experience is just like the reviews i'm now reading. i plan to initiate a dispute with my bank as the money i spent on your site for christmas presents just cleared my bank today. how can you be so unprofessional and violate the trust that shoppers place in your business? i also operate an online sales business and all i can say is shame on you! Answer:

Call 844-707-7779. It is a real working number and someone actually answers. I just got a refund for an item I have been dealing with since April. Good Luck. Just make sure you have all your info ahead of time and don't let them confuse you.

Answer:

I've ordered numerous times from OS, with little incident. The 1 problem I did have (an item was substituted) they handled quickly & satisfactorily. I haven't ordered since last November & a lot of the negative reviews are quite recent. You have to contact them via email first, and if the problem can't be resolved, they'll give you a # to call~that's how they did it with me.

RUN... RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
