My email says i have money in my account that will expire. what does this mean and how can i find out how much money. does this mean my return i sent back goes into "an account" but not back in my bank account?

I ordered some battery operated candles very early in february, got a ups tracking number almost immediately but that is as far as it ever went. 2 to 3 weeks later and no movement of any kind. this is a joke. i have been told that open sky will contact the seller 3 times and then they will cancel the order and refund my money, why the hell would open sky be doing business with people who don't have product to ship? this whole thing seems slimy to me. i will not be holding my breath to actually get what i paid for nor to get a full refund either. not good business practice. will never order form open sky again.

I am not sure if it's possible to contact anyone from opensky. i am very disappointed with my purchase and couldn't find even window to place my review. very horrible experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Purchased earrings. they came in yesterday. these earring are ear climbers so they need to be opposite i received 2 right earrings. i wrote to see what i could do about this. i didn't realize that they were coming from china and took 3 weeks. now with this problem what is going to happen?
