I was given a tracking # for my product purchased, and i entered the # into ups tracking, and it said package unfound! just wondering why.

You will never get an answer or a refund, I tried for months.

I have ordered 3 items from opensky and now i am reading nothing but bad reviews. what should i do? have not received the items as of yet because i just ordered.

Answer:

I've ordered numerous times from OS, with little incident. The 1 problem I did have (an item was substituted) they handled quickly & satisfactorily. I haven't ordered since last November & a lot of the negative reviews are quite recent. You have to contact them via email first, and if the problem can't be resolved, they'll give you a # to call~that's how they did it with me.

This is the 7th communication i have sent to you about this return. no responses to any other communications. order #101376055this product, received 10 aug 15, is wrong in many ways. 1. wrong size. 2. not new. no tags. received from an individual (not a company) in a ziploc bag. 3. previously worn. it smells like her perfume. please advise asap as to how to facilitate return. thank you. - leslie marqua

I placed an order 2/14/16 it said it's been picked up usps in coppell, tx 75099 it's 2/23/16 & i still haven't received this order. plus i'm not getting any answered about it. my credit card has been charged quick enough though! i'm very disappointed. if i ever get this straightened out i'll know better than to order again!

I placed an order using the $75 credit offer i got in my email but i don't see any difference in the price once i placed my order. how does the $75 credit work?

Hi Jean! OpenSky is a marketplace with thousands of merchants, and many of them accept Credits/Discount Dollars on eligible products. If the product you love takes these, the price will be adjusted automatically, so you may have purchased a product from a merchant who does not accept credits.
