If the product you love takes these, the price will be adjusted automatically, so you may have purchased a product from a merchant who does not accept credits. I never got my credit either

I have always had my problems resolved, not always to my liking. In the end, if you order and charge to a credit card, all you need to do is notify your credit card company to put it in dispute. They will credit your account as they research it. Open sky does eventually respond but it takes a lot of followup and frustration. Sellers themselves often never respond even if you put the issue in front of their faces or public on the website. Sure wish Open Sky would clean up their act. I have stopped ordering from them because 2 out of every 3 orders are a problem at some point.
