I need a real answer as to why I was significantly overcharged, about 20% over the prices I clicked and added to my cart, and cannot resolve the problems with my orders. Order #101330879
You have made me feel very foolish for doing business with you. Wish I'd read the reviews first because my experience is just like the reviews I'm now reading. I plan to initiate a dispute with my bank as the money I spent on your site for Christmas presents just cleared my bank today. How can you be so unprofessional and violate the trust that shoppers place in your business? I also operate an online sales business and all I can say is shame on you!!

Call 844-707-7779. It is a real working number and someone actually answers. I just got a refund for an item I have been dealing with since April. Good Luck. Just make sure you have all your info ahead of time and don't let them confuse you.

Ahhh...Live and learn Denise. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering too as my order took FOREVER to arrive, could never get anyone to check on it and when it arrived I realized I was overcharged. Sent item back and that took forever to get the credit back too. As someone else mentioned, there are many sellers on this site (something I didn't know when I ordered) and I'm sure all of them can't be crooks. Unfortunately, most everyone's experience with Open Sky has been negative and for that reason, plus my own experience, I would never ordered from them again.

The real answer? This site is a nightmare, the customer service is a joke, & you're only outlet is likely going to be pissing and moaning like an impotent tool (just like the rest of us). Short answer, Tell everyone you know what a horrible business this is and use Amazon or Ebay or Etsy from now on!

I wish I had an answer for you! Was there a credit coupon code etc. used? I am sorry you are dealing with this.I gave my review based on my purchase there. Good Luck and call the number on the site.
