An application for a birth certificate. You're literally paying them to send you an application for the certificate. Dumb!

It covers them them filling out an electronic form with the info you typed in their website

How can get status of order
I have applied for a birth certificate for my brother Joseph John Mendygral on July 6,2021 and have not heard anything yet.
