I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you won't know if your tickets are good until they are scanned at the actual venue. I purchased 4 tickets for a 9/18/15 Ed Sheeran concert in Ohio and 2 of them were NOT good/authentic. Just awful. I purchased the tickets like 3 months in advance. I'm filing a complaint with my credit card company because you cannot get in touch with a "live" person at onlinecitytickets.com.

I ordered tickets from this website, I guess. Somehow magically take there from venue website. Tickets came in email with a different name, different price, and when I called select a seat, they could not confirm the tickets were real and basically told me he could not guarantee that 9 other people would have the same seats. I had a feeling they were fake tickets, called Chase and had them stop the pending transaction for $300. Went to select a seat website and purchased for $30 less. Seats on ticket from online city tickets were WAY too good to be true. I have a feeling that these are fake or there are 100s of these same tickets being sold to people. Compared new tickets to "fake" tickets and there is definitely a difference in the lettering and printing. I used same printer and paper. What a scam! Will never use this site again. Wow!

I just don't understand how this company is still running? Horrible... but I definitely learned a valuable (yet expensive) lesson for sure. Never again I tell ya!;-) My tickets were under somebody elses name too, and they were good yes. (My problem is, they were just extremely extremely expensive, and I honestly thought the purchase was going through ticketmaster... because these guys try to fool ya)

Their website says their tix are good even with someone else's name. I don't believe that and I had to buy new tickets from Ticketmaster. I couldn't get a refund from OCC and I disputed through PayPal but they rejected my dispute. I have since left PP because I feel very strongly that OCC is fraudulent.

Good luck. If your tickets are valid, you'll be one of the few who have gotten them. Do they have someone else's name printed on them? Mine did. There is a very good reason why Online City Tickets gets one star review... they'd get NO stars if it wasn't for the trolls they put on this site to try to make it better. Fortunately, that's kind of like putting chocolate on a turd.
