Has anyone ever got scammed? I bought tickets to see Twenty One Pilots and my mom is a little concerned that we are about to get scammed.

why do the tickets come as a screenshot on an email
I cannot get a response from the contact us addresses given on their website. It's regarding delivery of tickets.
