What is the state of play with OneShare are they still operating as we purchased Disney shares back in October 2013 and have not received anything, emails we sent were answered for a while but now nothing even the telephone number is not recognised, tried looking for answers online but found nothing, any information about them would be great. Contact the Better Business Bureau. Give them all your information. I did and in the end OneShare gave me a full refund.

I ordered separate shares of Disney for my granddaughter and grandson. The certificates were received, but now I have learned they have not received any mailings from Disney as shareholders. How can I follow-up to ensure that they are in fact stockholders?

I received the cocacola share but never the Disney one
