I ordered a dress back in february and still haven't received my dress. i spoke with someone on another order and they informed me that it was held up in customs due to okdress not getting with someone to pick up at customs? could this still be the issue for not received!

Answer:

Tbh I didn't try but heard they are appalling at refunds! I think the jist of it was that you wouldn't get your full refund and it wasn't really worth the hassle for the amount that you got back. Don't order from them!

Why do you say ''co.uk'' if you are not shipping from the uk? i've been tricked before by the same kind of companies, bad experience. i was interested in a dress from your site, they look gorgeous, but after reading the reviews. i am totally concerned. sizes smaller than ordered, faulties, dresses unfinished., really! how can i be sure i get what i order?
