I have placed order but they didn't sent me any email or text sms saying order confirmation after long time... No way to access my account order details. Not allowed to log in. No otp on mail. No email response. Kindly help me get my order or refund otherwise I'll complaint it in consumer court and cyber cell
Order placed 20 7 21, till now no correspondence on when it will arrive. Went to a neighboring store purchased same product same brand at rupees 10 each got 5 pcs and completed my work at rupees 100 whereas same product for 3pcs offimart charge d me 185 rupees. Even a blind man will say it's outrageous amount for same products locally available for less. Never buy from such cheats again. People like them make trust impossible.

Placed order with 5 items mid-Oct-'23. Received the order within one week, but with 1 item missing. No response to multiple queries, via email or on the support chat on their website. The order page on their site shows order as completed, when it actually is not complete. Also, I can't find a phone number on their website or on the invoice, though that should not be an issue since all order related communications have been via their website offimart.com or through email.
Tip for consumers:
Good array of stationery articles available on their online shop. However, if there is an issue with your order or shipment, they do not respond at all.

I made a prepaid order for HP cartridge on 5th Aug 23. It took 2 weeks to get a tracking id from Delhivery. After 3 weeks follow up the courier confirmed the package is lost in transit. Still following with offimart for a refund. A punishment for encouraging home grown online business. God save India!

We had placed and order on 10thAugust 2021 and paid the full amount.
Till one week no reply nor on email or even on one contact number provided on site and later reply that product is in transit and within few days with some reason cancellation of product.
After many mail trail only received reply that money will be refunded to same mode from which was done, but till today no action.
It's been 2months.
They have refunded the Full Shopping Value after my strong review, so updating the comments. Still they need to view their Refund Policy.
They just dont have a refund policy if the item purchased by you is different in specifications from the one you ordered for. I have received the Pierre Cardin Open Ceramic Roller Refills. These are not up to the mark.
1. It does not fit into my Pierre Cardin Pen. Its Plastic head (Blue one) is thicker than the original one.
2. Its an ink filled refill, whereas my original refill is sponge/Felt type.
I sent them e mail on 30th Nov but till date they have not responded. Nobody pics the phone.

I bought last week German pencils for 650 rupees, it never arrived, no one answer the phone and reply emails. I going to consult a lawyer of my company and I hope these online store close forever
Don't trust them it's a fake nd fraud company I bought one product 780 Rs I am messaging them nd asking about my package still no reply it's been 9 days still no message from them they will eat our money don't buy

Worst in terms of payment, please don't supply any stock. Payment pending from last 6 months. No response from company.
Had a good experience with Offimart, initial communication gap was there though. Products are genuine, they have given me certain percentage of discount too there are sufficient choices. They do have taken care of the delivery too.
My experience with offimart is pathetic. I have done the payment... there is not confirmation from offimart... they don't pick up the call too...
Charges are more for Delivery than actual products worth. Courier providers are non responsive and rude!

I ORDERED FEW STUFF WEEKS AGO AND ITS STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED EVEN AFTER TWO WEEKS LATER. AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN ANSWERING MY MAIL. SINCE ITS A PAID ORDER I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE I CAN DO TO REACH THEM. THE CONTACT NUMBER PROVIDED ON THE SITE DOESNT WORK. ITS A BAD BAD BAD BAD VERY BAD SITE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. MOST OF THE GOOD PRODUCTS ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK. My order is not shipped its been a week. There is no provision to track on the website. Also the phone number doesnt work. And for emails theya re not responding. I have placed orderfor around 3k. If there is no transparency it is difficult for customer to wait since so long.

I started buying initially in little amount and when i started placing huge orders, they traded all fake products. When we found and tried reaching, they are not attending calls/emails/messages. They are writing reviews for themselves as good but dont fool yourself ordering there.

Order placed on 20th July, on the description of the product it was mentioned 2-4 days... every time I call the customer care number the response I get is "u will get the product tomorrow"
Poor work
I placed an order on 7th July 2018 under order # ************** for 500+. However, its not delivered to me till date. Also, the site states that "There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own". When I called the customer service, I was informed that there is some miscommunication with the courier service and they asked me to place fresh order. I asked them to first cancel my order so that I can place a fresh order. They said they will but it's still showing as "fulfilment under process". Due to such miserable process I told than that I am no longer interested in the order unless that are ready to provide some kind of discount. To this the customer service representative agreed to escalate the matter to her senior and revert. Eventually I was informed around 16th July 2018 that they are willing to provide discount and will email the coupon code. This they failed to provide till date. On following up with customer representative today, I was told that she has got no response from any of her seniors despite having escalate at the correct persons. This added insult to the injury. Thats why it's my sincere suggestion to avoid ordering from this site as it's absolutely unreliable and irresponsible. One can try FirstCry.com as I have, for individual orders, where all excellent quality branded stationery products are available at very reasonable price with quick delivery and amazing service. I will be trying out other online store for bulk orders and post an update.
One of my item is missing. And i got an immediate refund with an email. Thank you for spontaneous service.
My order#************** has not been delivered despite them saying it has been shipped one week ago. They have not provided shipping details also even after promising to mail it. NOW THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP CALLS OR REPLYING TO MESSAGES. I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND BUT NO RESPONSE FROM OFFIMART.
