Idk I wouldn't count on it I have proven myself that their policy is a lie

It's been 11 months and I still haven't been paid for several items that customers received, but because the tracking didn't update in their system they cancel the order the customer get free of charge your item and then you try and explain the situation to the nonexistent customer service department and you get blocked. It's a couple hundred dollars and to some that's nothing but to s struggling single mother it was deciding to pay rent or get my child a Christmas present last year.

I have been waiting since march to get my money from a sale and now offer up has blocked my account and kept my money. Read BBB reviews
