Before I installed the Nuvo system, my water did not smell like sulfur but after installation, now I do. Does anyone know if the Nuvo is causing this

What are the reviews for the Manor system
Does this really soften the water or just filter it? Thanks!
Is Nuvo actually a water softener? I've been told by other plumber that it is only a water conditioner and not a water softener.
