Answer:
You will need access to the Internet to use our service. An ethernet line and computer are not required as our service can be administered through a mobile application and mobile browser as needed. You can place outbound calls either over the internet (VoIP) or using your cellular connection but inbound calls can only be received through call forwarded to an external telephone number. It's been years since you posted this but please let us know if we can help in any way.
