How do I return an item? Need authorization?

I am in the same situation. I can't get the return form.
Do you have the correct return address?
They don't respond to me. . Thanks!

You can kiss your money goodbye, they do not accept returns nor will they refund your money.

If you can get an address from them, which I have had no success with so far. They are suppose to credit or refund within a week of receiving returns.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. I AM REPORTING THEM TO AMAZON WHICH IS WHERE I FOUND THEM.

I ordered the two dresses below. Material was heap as hell and the dresses where HUGE claiming to be size S.

Forget about returns. I will report them to BBB and AMAZON for operating in BAD FAITH & UNCLEAN HANDS. That's about all I can do. Will donate dresses to charity. Learned HUGE lesson. NEVER AGAIN!

Where is noracora located? I have tried 8 times in 6 weeks to unsubscribe. They email every day. Cannot find a telephone number for them Very angry

I purchased 4 items online. The first item was a cotton sweater. It took about 8 weeks to arrive. I ordered a small which was too big, so I washed it and it shrunk to a small. It's now cute and fits. Two other items arrived 2 weeks later, two tee shirts which were too big again for a size small and did not shrink when washed. My 4th item was a neck scarf, but I was sent a scarf I didn't order, along with another tee shirt which was an ugly print I didn't order. I will just give these last two items to charity rather than hassling with Nora Cora and paying shipping return charges. I will never order from them again. Also, my orders took so long, I emailed them asking where they were and never got a reply.

I bought 3 items of clothing and ALL of them were Polyester and not cotton / linen as advertised...= false advertising.So it appears I am stuck with them and will give them to charity...will never buy from them again.They have lost yest another customer.Pity as clothes were nice..

You have to search there website for the support email and then email them about a refund. But warning my purchase was $89 and it would cost me $56 to return it to CHINA. Horrible company to return something to.
