Forms for shipping and payment were annoying to use. I couldn't type the name of my town, and capturing it with drop down menu was almost impossible.
Order masks on April 18th and never received them. Tracking says they are still at the carrier in China. Requested my money back and still have nothing.
Home & electronic items are very very expensive & the shipping fee is much more expensive. Shirts & dresses are really big like they are made for curvy people. XS or UK 2 is like UK 14 & the material is usually polyester like board shorts. Their shipping fee also increases when you add even one item much more if you add items from different categories (like 2 shorts shipping is $12 then you add a small floor mat the shipping becomes $48 then add a plate holder the shipping becomes $72. This is not a joke. See for yourself

the shipping takes more than a month & when the item is out of stock they wont show in the site or app but that's the reason why they cant ship your order because they are waiting for the items to be replenished & it could take months & when you dont contact their customer service your order will never arrive

I placed an order for a shirt and a pair of pants on 01.10, unfortunately they were not in stock and I did not receive the immediate information that these, or as I found out later, one of the products is not in stock, and To be honest, I don't understand why the products that are not in stock at the moment appear on the website, anyway, let's say, as it was my first order, I didn't know that before ordering you have to verify that the product is in stock, which I think absurd, and as a first buyer the situation is very confusing, let's get over it anyway, and so, a month had to pass after which Sami split the order and deliver it in separate deliveries, as a delivery term of 15-20 days and as a rule after placing the order for 48 hours to be delivered, the one I already have 9 days and it shows me that it is in process, for the second order, having weekly discussions and promising that the stocks will be fulfilled in the following days and so on another 3 weeks have passed ini, after which I already lost my patience and asked for it to be changed, and I still have 2 more weeks in which still nothing happens.
When asked what the solution to this problem will be, the offer is a 20% discount on the next purchase, which will certainly not be available again.
The idea of ordering can be clothes for a specific event or for some wardrobe changes, maybe due to the outside season, but when you receive a simple order of a shirt and some pants, in periods of approximately 3 months, you certainly don't want to do it again shopping.
So as not to tell the client that it is a short story, my account, attached is the number of the entire order.
P.S. Besides all this, I hope that the quality is appropriate for the price, because if not, I will be even more upset.
My first experience with NewChic turned out to be one of the best. These trousers are irresistible. I cannot take them off. They are slightly longer than my actual size but otherwise are perfect in every aspect.
Sadly I returned to buy some 10 or 15 white o-neck t-shirts, 100% cotton, but there aren't any. I am still looking elsewhere.
The website is user friendly, and prices are below average, so I'll keep returning whenever I need something.
I was looking for a pair of waterproof trousers, I stumbled on this site, the price looked unbeatable, and here we are!
It met all the criteria I was after: waterproof, durable, warm, elastic, with lots of pockets.
Took a month to get it and clothes don't look anything like website, does not state it is coming from China, which I never would have ordered it. I am trying to return all that I ordered and no one is calling me back or emailing me back. They are saying they will take returns within 30 days but it takes a month to get the stuff

I would like to say, that I was disappointed about the situation, that prices were first in CHF and at the end invoice in EUR (which I did not realize until I did see my credit card invoice). Also the delivery costs are very high and on top of that I also received an invoice for customs. I know that most probably for the delivery and customs it's not something that you can change. But the prices should either be in CHF or EUR (not both). Thanks and best regards.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Turns out the green dress was discontinued. Instead of informing me so I could cancel the order, they grabbed a dress similar to what I order in another color thinking I would be good with it. Not even the same dress. They refuse to make it right. Offered to give me a $12 credit and i get to keep the ugly blue dress.In order to get a refund I have to ship dress back at my own expense.

I purchased the cutest pair of Socofy pumps. I bought them to go with a retro style dress for a wedding. The shoes were gorgeous, exactly as pictured right down to colour and details, and VERY well made! First time I wore them, I wore them comfortably all day long without blisters or sore feet. Cat blouse had two manufacturing faults and was polyester fabric and not cotton as advertised, the Scenic T-Shirt was round necked and not V shaped as advertised. Also money came out of my account for another scenic t-shirt which I did not order. NewChic refunded this when they were aware of what had happened.
The advertised items looked interesting and quite unique. However the quality of the materials used was disappointing in reality which is a pity.
My daughter is mad on cats hence the choice of the cat blouse/jacket. I like scenery which is why I chose that type of T-shirt.

Paying $13 for "expedited shipping" on an in stock item that takes 3 to 4 weeks to get to the destination is unacceptable. Especially for a gift. I see from research after my purchase that I am not the only customer to experience this. The completely inoperable "24/7 live chat" is a joke to make this look like a responsive company. I ordered size 12 pants and received XL. I figure XL could fit anyone from size 14-20. The crotch is 15 inches long and there's enough fabric to encase an elephant. Why list sizes if you have no intention of trying to fit them even remotely.
