Hi, Elaine V.. In your case, we suggest you log in Newchic account and download the invoice: My Account -- View Orders--My Orders --(Order Details/Invoice Download) . Meanwhile, we'd advise you to contact the carrier/your local post office by providing them with the tracking number and the invoice for more details, ,to arrange a re-delivery or collect your item.
