I've ordered several times from this site because I really like some of their designs. That being said, shipping times are measured not in days, or even weeks but MONTHS. Will be looking at other options with faster shipping times for future orders.

I just placed my 1st order with NeatoShop and, I have to say, the customer service there is AMAZING! I messed something up on my order and I wrote them ~~ and not only did they get back to me very quickly, they remedied the situation AND without any extra charge or delay in preparing my order! I'm so happy with how they treat their customers and fix issues (even when it's not their fault!)… I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks, Alex at NeatoShop! Highly recommend.

Great quality, neat products, and world class customer service. I had an change of plans before Christmas and emailed about changing my shipping details. The site host/customer service representative responded very quickly and personally, helping me make the changes necessary to get my item delivered on time. Additionally, the product itself was high quality and exactly what I expected when ordering. Would recommend to a friend.

Their designs and quality are awesome, and I love that they have ladies fit shirts and various color options - they don't sell just black, boxy unisex t-shirts like some other sites. Their customer service is very responsive to any questions or issues I've had. Most recently, I placed an order and selected the wrong shirt style. I reached out to them, and my order was corrected by the next morning - and they didn't even charge me the price difference to upgrade the shirt. You can't go wrong buying from this company!

NeatoShop is one of the best in terms of customer service. I had an issue with a t-shirt order and they replied so fast and was able to address the problem without any hassle nor extra cost to me. I ordered couple of ringspun t-shirts with prints and really like the quality. The base t-shirt is "Next Level" brand with 100% cotton tag. I also changed my delivery address in the middle of the service and received the confirmation email right away. They changed the delivery service provider to fit my requirements with no extra charge and provided the tracking info.
This small business is doing a great service so I think they need positive feedback as a support.

I ordered two shirts, one for myself and one for my son. My sons came in and was perfect, mine however was extremely small. When I wrote to NeatoShop to see where to return the shirt too, they told me no need and to keep the original and donate it and they would reprint another one in my size and send it at no charge! This is an exceptional company! Well done NeatoShop!

I've tried a few t-shirt printing companies in the past and none of them have ever gotten it quite right. Some so bad that they agreed to refund my money before I even asked for it. Neatoshop did everything right. The final product matched the original image and there was constant communication leading up to the printing job. This is business stellar with top tier customer service!

I have made two purchases so far and will continue to for a long time. I suggest getting the ring spun cotton as it is VERY soft. If you can find a shirt here from your favorite nerdy endeavor then the shirt doesn't exist. Customer service was very helpful when USPS lost a shirt of mine in the mail. They sent me out a new one with expedited shipping. Just go check out the site and you wont be disappointed.

This website sells a variety of novelty goods like funny tees, ice cube molds, weird tasting lipbalm etc. mostly overpriced in my opinion i found some of the same things they were selling on their site on other websites for cheaper. I bought a keyboard key purse from them only because i couldnt find it anywhere else, i got it on time, was a little disappointed because it was too short on the shoulder strap than i was expecting, the size fit my 8 yr old cousin alot better, thats my fault though since the dimensions were specified on the site.

I ordered a shirt from here (after checking my own size requirements, mind) and found it to be a bit too small (the world really needs Medium+/Large- options). After emailing them asking if I could return it for a replacement/get a discount for one, they just shipped me a Large for no additional cost or even asking that I send it back! Repeat customer right here.
They also have a size chart lot and of options for material (go for Ringspun, the extra comfort is definitely worth it) and the prices are competitive.

It was my first time ordering from this shop… and it won't be my last! Customer service is BEYOND AMAZING! And it's also QUICK! I ordered 2 shirts for a dear friend and unfortunately the size wasn't right. Maybe that was my fault but Alex from NeatoShop was quick to fix the issue! I will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends and family! 100/100 stars!

Over the years I have collected quite a few t-shirts from Neatoshop. Hands-down they are my favorite not only for the fun and often extremely geeky designs, but also because their ringspun fabric is an amazing material and I'll never go back to simple cotton tees.
Now I have a third reason: the astoundingly excellect customer service and a refreshingly simple return/exchange policy!

Oh my circuits, you won't believe the hyperspace-level awesomeness I encountered with NeatoShop's customer service! My initial order encountered a minor glitch in the galactic system, so I transmitted them a subspace message in a panic. And guess what? Their response was at warp speed, and they beamed in with a solution faster than the Millennium Falcon doing the Kessel Run!

What's even more mind-blowing is that they fixed everything without charging me extra energy credits or causing any temporal disturbances in preparing my order. It's like they had a time-turner AND a quantum spanner all in one! Seriously, I'm beeping and booping with joy over how they treated their customers and tackled the situation like a true Jedi handling a lightsaber.

Shoutout to the one and only Alex at NeatoShop—this tech wizard knows how to warp reality to make customers grin like Ewoks at a party. I'm calculating a 99.9% probability that I'll be a repeat customer, because who wouldn't want to patronize a place that delivers intergalactic customer service like this? Several years ago I purchased a set of Cryptozoological Family stickers for the back window of my car from the Neato Shop. They were the coolest stickers ever and I had them in my back window for several years before that car finally gave out on me. I went back to the Neato Shop and bought a new set of stickers for my new vehicle. I had that set for several years as well and they were finally starting to show their age so I went to purchase a new set but the Neato Shop was out of stock. I emailed them and was told the stickers should be back in stock soon. Over a year went by and still no stickers so I emailed again. Alex emailed me right back and thanked me for my patience. He said the stickers were still out of stock but that he was going to have a set printed special just for me and he wanted to send them to me free of charge! I just got my new stickers this past weekend and they are awesome! Now that's what I call going the extra mile and beyond! Thanks again *******@NeatoShop!

My husband gets so many compliments on his shirts I buy from here! There is an excellent, ever growing selection that perfectly fits his gamer, nerdy, engineering, metal, horror love with witty representation. The ringspun shirts make up probably 50% of his entire closet- they're so soft he basically can't wear anything else.

This week I picked up a few more for Father's Day presents and made a mistake with my order! I reached out and Alex from Neatoshop was happy to help rectify my sleep deprived mistake and my order was corrected and promptly shipped out. I was absolutely ecstatic to have that kind of customer service support first thing in a Monday. Alex saved my most important shirt selection from being unwearable and I can't wait to have the kids give the new shirts to my husband.

My first order was in December of 2014 and I will continue to come back time and time again for the designs, quality, comfort, and service!

I bought a Medium sized, black, How to Train Your Bat ladies Slim Fit T-Shirt from NeatoShop and I love it! It fits perfectly and is very good quality. They have great customer service and have answered all of my questions.
I am around 5' and about 113lbs.

My experience with customer service was awesome. The shirts were good quality. This is my 3rd time using this NeatoShop company, and I have never been disappointed. Would definitely advice to anybody who likes graphic T-shirts.

Its always scary ordering stuff online but this store is awesome. Ive bought $100+ and still buying... LOL. They have more designs than any other store and they use a really nice Ringspun shirt way way better than Gilden. The graphics are light so you don't feel like your e walking around with a piece of melted plastic on your chest all day. Bottom line way cooler designs, cool customer service and way better quality than anything from Hot Topic or Amazon.

When I purchased this shirt I was super excited for it, but when it said delivered I didn't ever get the package. I waited for quite some time just in case something weird happened and I just needed to wait a bit longer, but it still never showed. When I contact Neatoshop Alex told me that they would help me out in any way possible. I ended up getting my shirt, which I absolutely love. I opted for a Ringspun for just a little extra and it was worth it. The shirt is incredibly comfortable and soft.

I purchase many things over the internet, and have never written a review until today. NeatoShop has inspired me to do so. I have twice ordered t-shirts from this site and have been nothing but pleased with the experience. Their designs are very creative and when I received my orders the products were spot on. The shirts were well made, designs looked great, and fit exactly as they should. Both times, my orders were shipped to me incredibly fast. I made a mistake on my second order and when I realized I had ordered incorrectly, I emailed the NeatoShop. They responded within 24 hours, and quickly resolved my problem.
I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.
