My experience with LifePoints so far is exciting, really engaging & very satisfying. Exciting in a way that you'll get to anticipate each time surveys come in. If it's not a fit for you then better luck next time, but this time, they give you points for answering a few questions. They make you feel your opinion really matters because of this community that they have where you can share your feedbacks, show support and also possibly win rewards. LifePoints customer service is amazingly very helpful & they won't stop until your concerns are being addressed.
They threw me out for no reasons when I was about to redeem. Many people have the same complaint like me. Can't trust them.

After doing surveys for a year at $2 an hour I built up $165 worth of points, they refused to pay. Stealing from a retired senor citizen.
After doing survey after survey for years, I was denied entry for "Suspicious Activity" on my account. No explanation of what the alleged activity was. DO NOT sign up with these people unless you want to earn points, then be denied access for no explainable reason and be greatly disappointed. Seems like they just want to turn over their survey base by throwing off the long-time contributors.
I've been doing surveys with Lifepoints for several months & am satisfied for the most part now. I usually loose about 500+ points monthly that I earn. You have to just chalk it up because you can't speak to a real person. I could go on and on and on but to let you all know that I have made more money than I have lost with them! The PayPal vouchers & Amazon eCards sure do come in handy.
I had been completing surveys from this company for a few years, and everything was fine, although always slow to pay out. However, on 15th January last I asked for €10 to be paid out and their system did not allow my claim. I contacted them and after messing around until today with lame excuses, today they blocked my account and stole the balance form it (€15, not much but still) with false accusations.

Im very disappointed at this website. Once I had enough points to redeem $10 dollars, they cancelled my account without any reason. I do not recommend at all this survey website. After all the hours I spent filling surveys, they just cancelled my account.
Life Points closed my account last week after having over 3000 points saved up. They have now done this to over 100 maybe even 1000 customers. They are a shocker, blaming customers for not doing surveys well while the error sits with them. They scam people and avoid having to pay people out by closing accounts. I think we need to report them to asic or other companies that deal with these kind of fake companies.
Tip for consumers:
They don't deserve any stars they need to be reported and caught for their fraude

They cancelled my account twice. Once for accidentally marking an email as spam, no warning! The second time for suspicious activity, they claimed I was falsely answering surveys. I didn't qualify for half their surveys! I lost my 1,500 points that I had EARNED! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! I have had no issues with Swagbucks, MyPoints, or inbox dollar!
Hello Brandie
We appreciate your interest in being a part of the LifePoints community! Unfortunately, sometimes it is necessary to inactivate an account to maintain the high standards and commitment we promise our clients.

I take my time with surveys, always answer honestly, and took my role as a panelist very seriously. After finishing a survey that would have gotten me enough points to cash out, I got a popup window saying "Membership Canceled. Please contact us if you have any questions." Really? No explanation, just kick me out so they can save $10. Total waste of time. I enjoyed it immensely until I was unceremoniously and undeservedly removed.
Hi Maria,
We can assure you LifePoints Panel is not a scam and we'd hope the thousands of people sharing their positive experience with us would be a testimony of this. If your account was inactivated it was due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

I have been with Life Points when they were called My Points...I have done both online and mail in surveys for years...this morning I received an email stating my membership has been deactivated due to 'terms and violations'. I have written a letter to Lightspeed Panel, Life Points' company and request an investigation and immediate reinstatement of my account...I have over 2000 points and was trying to get a Pay Pal payment for a least a week until this happened...I'M UPSET!

I contacted them to see why i had not got any new surveys for the last few months and they told me they had cancelled my account as i had broken the rules?
When i challenged them to say what rules i had broken and to show me i waited a few days and they came back to me saying they could not locate exact reason!
Very strange as i was just heading for my next voucher
They are nothing but liars and scam artists, i wasted my valuable time with these shysters!

Hello Terence,
Thanks for sharing your experience. As much as we hate to let any of our members go, but sometimes this is necessary in order to fulfill our commitment to our clients.
I am constantly pulling teeth to get my money. My best advise is filing federal compalints with the CFPC and the FTC for sanctions and penalties. These on-line survey companies are profiting off the sweat of innocent applicants and are hurt by the deception. There's no phone number and they hide like cowards to avoid confrontation. I am owed over 1,200 points and to this day have not been able to get these $#*!s to respond with any kind of help. If you'r around their neighborhood, show up at the door pissed off.and ready to punch the culprit in the face for lying to society.
Tip for consumers:
stay clear from this piece of $#*! company

Been using Lifepoints for well over a year with no issues. In fact would have given a great review. Recently points were not adding to my account. I queried why, they fixed it. Great.
Then out of the blue account suspended for not meeting standards and they owing me about £150! I always answered surveys truthfully and honestly. I feel like I have been very badly treated.
Hi,
We are just as upset when we have to lose members. However, this is sometimes necessary in order to be the best we can be for our clients.
Enjoy taking surveys and earning points for rewards. I appreciate sharing my thoughts and opinions on different products and topics of interest.
Thank you for your kind words, Elizabeth!
We're so glad your experience with LifePoints went so smoothly.
We’d love to continue providing great service to awesome members like you.
Kind regards,
Ben
I joined the other day hoping to earn some extra cash for my opinions. I took a few surveys and was liking the site, already having earned over $5. I went back the next day and find I am now unable to log in, being told so. I wrote an email asking what happened and how to fix it, yet nobody writes back. Though this is supposed to be a real, credible site, the lack of response is making me wonder.
Hi Matthew,
We work hard to give you the best support. Sorry we missed the mark this time. Please submit a new Help Desk ticket so we can take a closer look and try to make things right!
Thank you kindly in advance!
Kind regards,
The LifePoints Team
I was a member of life points back for years back when it was known as 'My Survey' 6 months ago they locked my account. When I inquired about it they said they would look into it but they have yet to provide me with an explanation. They said I could provide information to appeal but never explained why so I don't know what I could have done. I had over 5,000 points stores and lost it all. BE CAREFUL OF YOU JOIN. THEY MIGHT DO THE SAME TO YOU!

This is an email i have sent to Lifepoint's a survey site that is global but also operates in Australia. I am concerned and frustrated by their business conducts. An interesting note is they immediatley banned my account after i had completed a survey, which indicated this is an automated system. I also note their reply below, which i believe has happened to countless other consumers.
(Hi matthieu Thank you for your message.

LifePoints strives to provide our clients with the highest level of data integrity. In order to do so, we depend on our members to take their membership seriously, provide us with high quality and honest responses and to follow our Terms & Conditions.
After conducting an audit of your account, it was determined that your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. Therefore, your account has been deactivated.
We know this is not a favorable outcome for you and it definitely is not one that we take lightly. However, it is a necessary one in order for us to continue striving to be our best and keep our commitment to our clients.

They activley cancel accounts without warning and forfeit all the points users make on the site. So i have written this letter to them, The ACCC, Consumer affairs victoria and the ombudsmen.
I am writing to express grave concerns about LifePoints' business model, which appears to deliberately prey on vulnerable individuals seeking supplemental income. My own experience, coupled with extensive negative reviews across multiple platforms, paints a disturbing picture of systemic issues of your 'organisation', including:
Exploitation of Vulnerable Populations: Many reviews describe users who feel desperation to earn money due to financial hardship. LifePoints attracts these individuals with promises of rewards, only to exploit their time and effort with meager payouts. This practice is unethical and targets those most in need. You provide consumers with no protection.
Deceptively Low Rewards: LifePoints consistently ranks among the lowest-paying survey platforms. The discrepancy between advertised rewards and the actual value received demonstrates a pattern of misleading consumers.
Inaccurate Survey Time Estimates: Users overwhelmingly report that surveys take significantly longer than LifePoints claims. This wastes participants' time and further reduces the already minimal compensation. The company seems to lure respondents with false time estimates, a blatant misrepresentation.
Poor Communication and Lack of Transparency: Your sudden cancellation of my account without explanation exemplifies LifePoints' disregard for its users. This lack of basic respect and communication signals a company unconcerned with fair or ethical treatment of its participants.
I urge the ombudsman to thoroughly investigate LifePoints' actions. I firmly believe their actions warrant:
Public Rectification: LifePoints should be compelled to accurately portray reward rates and survey lengths to prevent further exploitation.
Consumer Restitution owed from your company I believe may be widespread: I will be investigating whether users misled into time-consuming surveys are entitled to compensation for their wasted time and effort.
Accountability: LifePoints must be held accountable for practices that damage public trust and harm potentially vulnerable individuals.
I plan to share my experiences and those of countless others on relevant review sites. I will also formally escalate this matter to the ACCC. LifePoints has eroded its reputation by deliberately engaging in misleading tactics, and I refuse to let your actions remain unchallenged.

Surveys
I am frequently very disappointed that I fail to connect to surveys because of the insecure ( tracking) cookies that are allowed by Lifepoints from 3rd Parties, which cause my secure browsers to crash.
The photo I've attached shows a single example of how a Lifepoints link that has just frozen, and won't work on any browser.
I created my membership and spent a lot of time taking surveys. Once I connected my Venmo and went back to taking another survey, they deactivated my account. When I contacted customer service, they have a blanket statement. I did all the surveys with much thought and answered honestly.
Here is their communication: After conducting an audit of your account, it was determined that your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. Therefore, your account has been deactivated.
When I pressed for specifics, they sent this: Unfortunately, your membership and/or participation did not allow us to fulfill our obligation or meet the expectations we set for ourselves. Therefore, the original decision to close your account remains.
I'm hoping my identity isn't stolen. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!
They started off fine and then reckoned they'd sent the rewards, when they blatantly hadn't, then surprise surprise I couldn't log in and my account had been closed so they got to keep the rewards and basically said I was a liar. Don't waste your time with them, they'll just rip you off
After spend 1 year in lifepoint website today he found that i have not Suitable for membership without any reason my account close, I also lost my hard earn point.
We are just as upset when we have to lose members. However, this is sometimes necessary in order to be the best we can be for our clients. If your account was inactivated it was due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Do not join they are incompetent and unprofessional, when it comes to paying out for rewards they strike you off.
Hi Michael,
Expanding the LifePoints Community holds great significance for us. We rely on our members, so when we have to deactivate an account because someone has violated our terms and conditions, we carefully consider our options to make sure it's the appropriate one.

From the comments I have been reading here, I am at least glad that I am not alone. It seems I am one of many who have been faithfully completing surveys with this company for many years and then suddenly dumped without warning. With some lame excuse that I had committed fraudulent activity and tried to complete as many surveys as possible while not even qualifying for them. I am not even given any examples of what I supposedly did wrong. That is absolute rubbish! I didn't even qualify for most of the surveys that were on my page anyway. I used to think this was one of the best survey panels around but now I think they are among the worst. If this is what they do to long term respondents they are crooks, especially as I have also completed surveys with other panels as well for many years without any issues. I don't appreciate people who waste my precious time!

Trying to cash out points for an Amazon gift card and kept getting an error message. Sent a note to help desk and the response is that my account is deactivated because "your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. Therefore, your account has been deactivated."
There is nothing in my survey history that indicates issues and Lifepoints owes me a $25 gift card. And, in fact, I was still receiving survey invites and completed the monthly My Telco survey without issue and received credit.
I feel this is Lifepoints way of culling their membership and keeping the profits for themselves.
Don't be fooled by them. They get you hooked and then they turn on you.
Hi Susan,
Thank you for letting us know and for sharing your thoughts and experience with LifePoints.
Your feedback helps us to get better.
