Hey Mike, our shop is as legit as it can get with close to 13 years of business behind it. You can't build a business on scamming people, so the mere fact of us being the oldest on the market should serve as the badge of legit-ness.;) And James, you have probably contacted our Support Team regarding that order if something might went wrong, but if you did not please do once you can! Hey Charles, as LH said it, that is the email address to reach our Support Team.:) And James, I'm sorry but I am starting to think you might be dealing with a different company.: I We always do our best to provide the best possible support and to resolve issues the best we can - but please keep in mind that this has to be done within reasonable boundaries, also that there are Terms and Policies which have to be respected.
Hey Guys, sadly at that time we already started to have problems with the shipping to the UK and since then the shipping has been pulled entirely. :/ But we are working on solution and should be able to conduct business again with the UK market! And thanks for the kind words Jo! ;)
