As mentioned before in your first question, we provide our customer's a 14 day trial for a small fee. Under no circumstances, we are allowed to "take money" from our customers without any authorization. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for more details on our monthly subscriptions and trial. You may also contact us at 855.213.0348- Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM CST, Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM CST, and Sundays from 10 AM to 6PM CST.
