Question:

I just received a phone call and from them. This guy told me everything on how the first payment will only be $1.99 and it will be refunded back to me and all the other payments that was noted on the website, I would not have to pay. So it came to when he asked me how I was going to pay. First I never give any credit card information over the phone. Then I went on to the website and starting reading the reviews. I am so glad that I did not. He kept calling me back so many time. The last time I told him that all this was a scam and I was not interested. He did not know what to say and he did not even defend himself. That tells me that YES its a scam.

Answer:
The phone number I used was on my credit card statement (1 877-344-2902) and got my cancelation number from my treasurechest.com. As for the $79.86 I am not sure I'll get that back. However, have written to credit card company for a possible refund. Good Luck to all concerned. When I went to another complaint board about this company, they hit my cell phone in the middle of the Complaint with Windows Live messages coming out of N. Y, and everyday at 4 I get three messages. I have contacted AT&T, but they can not trace it down. These people are frauds and must be quite Sophticated and feel they can not be touched.
