You Have All messed up, by booking with this company... Its a SCAM... WHEN YOU CALL THESE PEOPLE, IFYOU ASK FOR UNITED, THESE PEOPLE BECOME UNITED AIRLINES. SOMETIMES SOUTHWEST, OR AMERICAN AIRLINES... BRUCE IS TEAM LEADER OF THIS SCAM... CHECK THE PRICE OF THE TICKET WITH THE AIRLINES... THEY CHARGE HEAVY SERVICE FEE ON EACH TICKET... BEWARE...
