My dog has another uti and her script was for trimeth sulfa 480mg.  Unfortunately I search for that antibiotic and it doesn't come up.  If I were to get clavamox tablets how would I know the dosage to get?  She weighs 28 pounds?  Thanks in advance.

I need clindamycin 25 mg capsules for my 15 year old Maltese dog. My vet says they no longer make them and will not give me a prescription to order any. I think they just want more money. He has to take them for "pulse therapy" for his teeth/gums. He's an old dog but he's my baby. I inherited him from my mother. I cared for her in at home hospice until she passed and swore on her death-bed that I would take care of her dog and I fully intend to do so. Hi, do you price match? I'm interested in Sentinel but there is another website where I usually order it from and they charge almost exactly half of what you charge. I have 5 yr old male Yorkie: since he was 2, he has had serious alergies, clawing, till bleeding, both hips, all 4 legs, feet. Taken him to 3 animal hospitals, left a week, they all told me except 1 place that he didn't claw/scratch there. They knew it was so because he was very red and inflamed. IV spent 3,000.0 thus far can't keep spending. Changed foods no grain, twice, put in study for allergies. Said he had alergy to a tree we don't even have, and Fabric Mites. I've changed everything, detergents, use prescription shampoo, etc etc. thru away all stuffed toys. Moved to new or fairly new apt. Nothing. My vet sells me presc. Called Apoquel only thing ever worked. It's 130.00 mo I can't afford it. Pls pls someone help me! I'll b indebted to you Becky R.

I have had the same problem and experience with my ShihTzu. This has been going on for over 5 years now and have found the only thing that works is Temaril P which you can purchase here. My little guy is 10 yo weighs 10 lbs. so, I poke the capsule with a pin and give him half a dose every day, but make sure you read up on it beforehand because, I've read somewhere that you can lower the dosage after a few days. Hope this helps, but again please, read up on the medication first.
P.S. It took about 5 days to get (I'm in NV) and by the 2nd. Day my little guy has stopped itching!
