I don't know as I have been waiting for weeks and still no information. The tracking numbers provided don't actually exist. Australia Post should investigate - I think its a scam

Hi Suzanne, Most of our products take 7-14 days for delivery, however the best option is to check the delivery timeframe listed on the delivery tab on the product listing page as some larger / custom items can take longer depending on your location.
