Dear Tara,

Everything depends on a target device you are monitoring. If it's an iPhone immediately deleted messages will not be backed up to iCloud and mSpy will not be able to show them. If you are monitoring an Android phone mSpy will still be able to capture the message and show it in your report as a deleted message.
