Please be informed that everything depends on the device you want to monitor:
1) To monitor Android phone physical access is required;
2) In order to monitor iPhones without jailbreak you may not need an access to the device if you have Apple ID&password and you are sure that monitored device has valid backup in iCloud.

It will not work; do not buy mspy. I paid $169.99 to buy the year package and immediately realized that I bought a really crappy product. First, it does not work unless you are using a really, really old phone as all of the recent spartphones have really good security that mspy cannot bypass (especially Apple). I had physical possession of the phone and all passwords and essentially spent hours with mspy on the phone and had to reformat the entire phone and disable all security to make it even remotely work, and then it gave me essentially nothing I cannot already get via icloud. I had to lie to my daughter about why I reformatted her phone and changed all of her passwords and then it did not even deliver what I was after (deleted texts). I then tried to get a refund and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I then initiated a credit card dispute and 6 weeks later my bank told me that they cannot refund because mspy lied to them and told them that I never requested a refund. I am now wasting even more of my time to spare you from wasting your time and money. Mspy is a scam. Verified customer Order No. 15745852
