I want to buy uber for taxi like app from mowares. Will they provide proper support after the purchase?

I dont know why they have lot of negative reviews but even im a customer who bought for $99 and im a non-technical person. So i opted for $199 extra which is for the Expert installation package of what they call and i got my app installed on my server. So i would say yes tey do offer support only if you pay $199. For $99 you will get only source code. So if you are technically strong you can install it on own,
