how do I proceed with getting a refund for dvd never sent?

I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they are investigating so maybe it will get somewhere and maybe this company will be exposed for what they are... Scammers!

I would not have any one buy any thing from them and I would like to get my order of ocean girl or a refund
