I placed an order on 7-14-17 and paid for on PayPal.  Item #MM823.  How long will it take me to receive this order??

I did the same thing and the order shipped in about 2 1/2 weeks. I'm currently trying to have part of the order shipped back because the item is not what I expected. I'm finding it impossible to get in touch with customer service. Very frustrated!
