They are very nice and helpful until you send them money, then they block you off their tidio chat. A lady identified herself as Lin Zhou was super nice to gain my confidence and every night she reassured me I would soon have a tracking number. This went on for four days and then they blocked me. I switched browsers and messaged them again on tidio chatbox and they kept blocking me.
