I have completed the minimum payment of 300$ by promoting the given link. But when i am trying to get the cheque it show that we have to confirm we are human being.So when i click the open survey link it wont show any form or survey it just a blank page. How can it solve?

You can't. Its just a scam site designed to waste your time with no payout. You would me lucky to get any type of response from the site if you try to contact them. I made enough for a payout as well and have never received payment as promised. As you can see by sitejabber.com at the top, Monthly Youth has not responded to any of the reviews.
