I have a listing that has incorrect info posted on Realtor.com: How do we change that info ?
Can I list sell and rent at the same time?
I can't find any flat fee company that can get my listing on the local MLS which is Burnet county mls in Texas. The house actually is located in the town of Marble Falls(78654) Does the house have to be in the county in order to get it in their mls. In other words it wouldn't pay for me to try the neighboring county. Llano. Austin is 60 miles away and will take the listing. I Don't think it would work for my little house 6o miles away Do I understand this correctly?
I got locked out of the system from too may try's. Also what is your current telephone number?
Do you have any sample listings from other people I could check out?
I live in Mobile Alabama so what is your total cost of a 6-month package and what does it include?

Our service is to list you on the MLS and realtor.com. If this is the only service that you want, there is no other hidden fees. If you want additional services( Such as our realtor to review your offer) or upgrade to more pictures, there will be additional charges.

NOTE: Anytime you list on the MLS, you have to pay a buyers commission. You get to choose the buyers commission of 3%, 2.5%, or 2%.
