They have limited hours, even for "chat help". If and when you get ahold of someone, they're inconsistent, inconsiderate, robotic, and they have no record of your previous attempts to get resolution! They make you start all over from the beginning each and every time. Plus, they LIE to you when they say it's "all taken care of."

If they're legit, I'd like to see them prove it. No brick & mortar, mostly robots and simps for support. No wonder Ryan Reynolds took the money and ran!

Why is the rating so low
Answer:
Yes us mobile is better if u can use CDMA type phone on the Verizon system it is faster although it is nothing to jump up and down about it is better.
