How should I apply this makeup?

I think mineral makeup, whether loose or pressed, goes on best with a good kabuki brush.

If you're going to use the mineral liquid foundation I would suggest using a beauty blender or sponge of some sort. With the pressed powder foundation I would suggest using a good brush.
