Answer:
Many of the hook-up sites are using bots. Apparently, MILFSHookup also pays women to correspond. Some don't identify the fakes. Once you know what the "Online Cupid" means, you can decide if you want to pay to engage in fantasy chat or not. It's there in the fine print in the terms, that some profiles are fake to "enhance" the experience. So, technically, they're legally covered. But who ever reads the terms of the contract? So a lot of guys are taken in. It's worth noting that Ashley Madison seems to have started this trend some time age by taking fraudulent profiles posted by outsiders and connecting them with bot programs. They also hired people to write fake profiles. Again, they covered themselves by saying that they did it to increase enjoyment, for marketing, and to monitor online users. But it's clearly also to get guys to upgrade to the premium package. There are also plenty of camscam girls to watch out for. They tell you they want to skype, then send you off to sign up for a couple of sights which then automatically sign you up for other sites automatically. I met a girl online who was an ex-cam girl who told me how it works. I still manage to spend some money I'm not sure I'm going to get back. There are also blackmailers who will get you to skype, then threaten to post the video online. I ran across one of those, too. Heads up: She's on MILFSHookup as firelady1215.
