It would have been an extra $30,000 for insurance per my contract with them and, while the items that were damaged and lost were sentimental, they were not actually valuable. My mother passed right before this move and I looked at this company at face value since I didn't have the bandwidth for a deeper dive. I've already contacted their customer service department about the situation and they have said there is nothing they can do.
