Isaiah wks for GreatGutters but also does HVAC wk. He chg me 450 dols to tape 9 vents in my home. The tape came off a day later. Now I'm having trouble getting him back out to fix it. He also got my name wrong on the invoice. I asked him to correct it 3 times. He still has not. Won't reply to msgs. If he does it's hrs later. Made an appt. Didn't show. Msg me 3 and half hrs later. The guy is a scammer. Won't answer calls at all. He just takes advantage of senior citizens especially. He gets ur money then runs. He will talk a good game plan and make u think it's all about customer service and how special and important you are and then after he scams u and gets ur money u never hear from him again. DO NOT USE HIS COMPANY GREATGUTTERS LLC. DO NOT USE HIM FOR HVAC EITHER. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. A RELIABLE ONE. SOMEONE WHO U CAN TRUST. I PUT MY TRUST IN THIS GUY AND I WAS SO WRONG. IM A SENIOR CITIZEN. ITS SAD HOW THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US. WAT LITTLE MONEY I HAD IS NOW GONE.

My company acquired another company so I needed to change the information on the Merchantcircle website. I already have the email account from the company acquired, I do not have the password as the previous owner didn't have it. So I attempted several times to get the password reset. It took nearly 6 hours for it to send. I don't leave the browser open all day and night after the company closes. I emailed their support, their response has been silent. That also takes apparently too long to respond. I have no way to access the account so I can change the information. Support doesn't reply, their servers are way either outdated to push queries within recommended time frames or they got it set up very poorly.

Either way i'm still getting clients going to the wrong location way out of the way and complaining to me about it. So I am going to pass on the complaining from my clients to those responsible for it.

Yesterday I was out of my zone like for some reason I couldn't focus n there comes Kelly asking me what was wrong, she stood by me making sure I was back on track, so why go to another gym n pay tons of money when in Ilovekickboxing you can get a better workout with instructors that truly care about you and are there throughout your entire workout making sure you are highly motivated/focus and sweating your $#*! off so with that being said thank you to all my instructors n friends at lakegrove!

I love this place! I never thought I'd be able to maintain a workout routine, but they make it easy and FUN. Would reccomend to everyone, at any fitness level!

My basement had been very wet, especially after a heavy rain. My sump pump could not keep up. Everdry Waterproofing came, dug a trench and tiled around the inside and the outside of my basement and put in a much larger sump hole and pump. When they left, everything was cleaned up. I now have had a dry basement. I have told many others about my experience with Everdry. Mc Gibsonburg, OH
