Could you please specify when did you call us?

Our managers are not available 24/7, because customers can easily chat with the writers directly. This is why the working hours for our managers are from Mon - Fri: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Eastern Daylight Time). Also, they are not available at the weekends.
