Just received probably my 20th order from mason, shipped and received on time awesome fit right out of the box. Just as advertised, I've never had a problem of any kind with shipping or product! I will do business with Mason as long as I need shoes

It would be a negative if possible. Customer service is horrible and they admit to false advertising on their website. While most places remove items or don't allow you to order if the item is out of stock or backordered, not Mason. I ordered a pair of boots on the 17th, it appeared in stock and that it would ship 2 days later. Two weeks later, boots still haven't arrived. No email stating items are backorder, the only email received about order shows order is being processed. I call and have to deal with this awful automated system that disconnects multiple times before actually learning from automated system that boots are backordered and ship date is unknown. I get disconnected again trying to get to actual person. According to Mason themselves they see no issues selling out of stock items that they don't know when or if the item is even going to be back in stock at anytime. They believe it is absolutely fine to sell you items without letting you know the truth so that you can go somewhere else or cause you delays in going somewhere else by falsely selling you something they don't have or know if they will have anytime soon.

We are very very disappointed if this company Mason easy pay. They sent our orders in our old address never received the product. And now trying to charge us. And missed up our credit because they don't send our bills on time. Very disappointed. Never order again to this company.

Mason easy pay is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with they will send you all kinds of bills and never send you any product at all and expect you to pay for it please don't waste your time with Mason easy pay

Absolutely worst company we have ever dealt with. My husband ordered workboots- was told needed small downpayment which we did. Month later no shoes- backorder upon backorder. Then we get a letter more money needed. I call. Rep said letter mistake- disregard backorder dues to no brown- would black be ok? Husband said okay but they have to arrive end June as we are moving- there are no homes vacant here to move into so we dont have an address yet. He was processing when call went dead- I called back girl said no problem after i went over whole thing again- she said of course i would still get my 20% and free ship and my downpayment would be applied. She said a supervisor had to approve bur definitely would- I was NOT told there would be a 3-31/2 hr wait- then the superv. A woman was super rude, said the whole order had to be cancelled redone, $49 more due no free ship no 20% because the promotion was over, and if I waited for the brown ones til July it would have been ok but prior rep cancelled that order and now I am out of luck and its not her problem and then she called me a very profane word! And I wont get my first downpayment back either. Mason can ROT for all i care.

Still never received my shoes $172 And every time I try to talk to somebody with their customer service they say it has to do with FedEx now my shoes have been all over and even to the town where I live in Stockton and California and then they shipped them to Sacramento and then they shipped him back to Tracy California now there are nine days late and they charge me $25 for shipping and the shoes cost 135 and then nine days late so far I will never buy anything from them again all I do is get taken in circles by their customer service and her excuses.

Think twice about using this site especially if you want something in the next month

I was attempting to order some Birkenstocks that cost $135 I have had a pair prior I really love them they’re just worn out so I want a new pair so farther nine days late come tomorrow and I haven’t received anything yet except for taking in circles by customer service.

I ordered a blouse costing $17.99 and was charged $24.99 for shipping. Unbelievable! The shipping cost more than blouse.

I gave them a one star because I could not give them zero star. Mason sent me a refund and an account overdue statement on the same day. When I called to explain that the only reason my account was overdue was because they had not applied my electronic banking payment to my account, and instead had issued me a refund, they became belligerent and stated they would only discuss my account after I paid the late payment and penalties first. This was after I had asked to speak to a manager. I was a customer of Masons for well over 10 years with a perfect payment history. I sent an email to the president of Mason explaining what happened. They sent an automated response of ‘Thanks for contacting us, blah blah blah, we will be in touch.' I never heard from them again except for their sales catalog which I have thrown in the recycle bin for years. Their competitor has excellent customer service and I buy all my families shoes there. Don’t buy from Mason Direct Easy Pay. Their accounting procedures are terrible and they do not understand the value of quality customer service.

I have bought items than they are canceled without any explanation why. When I finally found a way to get in touch with the company they could not give me any reason for canceling my purchases. This company is a complete joke. Save your money, don't shop here.

I received a catalog in the mail from this company. It came in a envelope like FedEx. Inside was a pre-approval for $125. Looking at the item you won't be able to purchase but 1 item because they are alittle pricey. I finally got a chance to speak to a representative I was advised that everyone get the same pre-approval amount. I don't believe it but she was still kind. Compared to how the other Customers Service Representative spoke to me. She told me to hold for a Supervisor. I regretted it because I was already on hold for a Supervisor. I truly can't say to much about this company but my pre-approval are alot higher and their Customers Services at the other Companies are Awesome. When you mail something be prepared for a call. No need to be rude or brush anyone off..

I ordered shoe s on 7? 14. Today is 8/20. When I've been tacking my order it says "Order in Process." Now they tell me they will be shipped by 9/25. Really?

I ordered a pair of puma, and a pair of skechers slip on sneakers. They claimed they shipped them April 20th, 2022. It is May 28th and I've not seen hide nor hair of them. Also set up auto payments and they don't deduct payments.

This company is nothing but a leech on society. Companies like this are one of the reasons why this country is going down the tubes. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. The quality of the products is horrible and they are overpriced.

THIS IS A FRAUDELENT CROOKED THIEVING COMPANY... STAY AWAY! YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 TIMES AND YOU GET 5 DIFFERENT ANSWERS. EACH REPRESENATIVE GIVES YOU A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ANSWER TO THE SAME QUESTION... MY ADVICE IS TO RUN FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE TRULY A BUNCH OF THIEVES!

They told me I have to put down a down payment cuz I changed my mind the shoes were too much so I found some cheaper than I like that was under $150 credit limit and they say I still have to give them $37 after I successfully bought a pair of shoes from them before and on the credit thing and paid for everything. Don't buy from Mason easy pay they are full of the BS they always kind of find some way to get more money out you work world is way better than Mason easy pay they have a better quality issues and they are cheaper and sell basically almost the same shoes they sell

Not sure what all the fuss is about. My sister loves this company so I thought I'd give it a try. She has never had a problem with returns or exchanges taking too long. I received my top and it was BEAUTIFUL! Shipping did seem a bit high but worth it. The sale price was amazing so I ordered. It came pretty quickly and my payments on it are reasonable. I will order again.

I bought a HORRIBLE cheaply made pair of boots that we're way over priced. I returned them the same day and was only supposed to be charged $8. Next thing you know I am charged late fees and interest on a pair of boots I didn't even keep.bi ended up paying $55.70 for SWEEt FU&K ALL. I will NEVER by from this company or any pay over time company again. Amazing Prime is the all time best in all areas and companies like this should $#*! their doors. I don't want any of their crappy catalogs or any of their sister companies to darken my door way EVER again. Don't buy anything from them. They should be ashamed.

Sent my shoes to a prev address, afterr the correct address was updated. When i returned the shoes because they didnt fit, they were returned advising, I was passed the refund or exchange policy. But you would think they would have used the correct address but no they used the previous address once again. And the customer svc rep so nothing wrong with the script she was reading from!

This store is awful almost everything I ordered the don't have I stock. Their customer service department is awful they keep sending me to another department my problem never gets resolved. Customer service has no idea of what their doing. I do not recommend recommend this store its a waste of your time to shop here.

Never got purchases as account never got out of pending approval status. I didn't order because I felt like spending money. I ordered because I needed the items I never received. Went to Amazon instead and had items in 2 days. Am closing my account with these people.

Charged $18 for a ten day turn around. Don't fall for it shop elsewhere! Shipping was outrageous especially for the slow turn around. Customer return e mail was very cold and in helpful as well. Won't do it again!
