Answer:
I'd suggest they never had the original item in the first place. Do they photocopy pictures from other sites and post them on their website? We can only guess but the common problem is they don't send out the products they advertise, instead they send cheap substitutes then make it impossible to get money back.

I received emails from someone posing as customer care but they weren't at all helpful, gave me the runaround, eventually stopped replying to me. I doubt they have a customer care department.

Total scam. Gorgeous photos of knitted sweaters and felted scarves, but what i received were washed out polyester printed pieces.
