I ordered from a supplier on made-in-china.com site and they mispackaged adding more laptops than ordered. I only asked for one laptop and that was what we agreed upon. But the supplier is now insisting that I pay for all the laptops now that the tracking says its arrived in the UK. I have paid for customs charges in two countries. The supplier is Jinhuiyuan Ind Trade Co. Ltd. I have paid 1450pounds for the laptop that cost 700USD due to these custome charges. Any help will be much appreciated.
