I know that typically once you use a make up/skin product you cannot return it. I have very sensitive skin and I do not like to keep trying products that do not work. Does this company work with you in terms of exchanges for similar products if I have an allergy to it?

I have only needed to make one return and customer service was great. They use UPS. So I had to wait for them to email me a return label, which took a few days. Then I repackaged the items and brought the box to a UPS pick up and MAC refunded my card within days.
