I ordered and paid for 6 household items in October 2018 and qualified for free shipping as I had paid over 1000 baht after waiting 6 weeks I was contacted by a courier company telling me I had to pay the shipping charges I refused but they delivered my order but did not accept the order as they wanted me to pay shipping charges which I did not clubfactory told unless I pay the goods would be destroyed which was a lie I have no goods and no refund they are thieves and liars and lowlife scumbags avoid this company
Hello Guys
Please don't buy any of the products from club factory, those guys are fraud and cheaters. Recently i had ordered shoes, which was not delivered to me later they told me that it was out of stock so we cancelled it... and they will soon refund me my amount back but the thing is i didn't receive any refund yet... i will be waiting for 2 more days. If i wont receive my refund within 2-3 days i am gonna file a case against these guys. "CLUB FACTORY SUCK"
