Anybody from india who imported the glasses from luxoneye.com, as usually it is very common that packages gets lost. even if some of the staff members or past customers (from india) could give their valuable time about their experience, would be of great help. thanks, jaidev

Answer:

Hi Jaidev, I strongly suggest you find a different company for your eye wear. This company is a fraud. I can show you documentation proving such - even as far as documentation from the manufacturers of the glasses themselves stating very clearly luxoneyes.com is not an authentic vendor of their glasses. They have hidden fees, etc. You have been warned. Best of luck, Mike

Question:

Ordered the celine audrey's in black from luxoneyes august 24th. i was told that they are being made and it would take 10-22 business days to receive. when i followed up on september 7th after no word for 2 weeks, i was told that the manufacturer was closed for 2 weeks for a "summer holiday" and the glasses would not be available until the end of september. bad bad experience. but they are happy to hold on to my $250 in the meantime. why put the sunglasses to buy on the website when luxoneyes knows that they dont even have a pair to sell! shady! filed a dispute with paypal for a full refund.

luxoneyes.com is a total fraud. I had a similar experience, worst company. I am surprised the US still allows them to do business here,
