Please put the order list with product ID within the package back to us. And please remember to offer us the tracking NO. Of the parcel after you send it back, after we can get the item back, we will arrange the refund to your account asap. Thanks.

And we do not accept any returning packages through DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS and any other expedite shipping methods.
