I purchased 5 items I have not received any of them I reached out to get the product or my money back. Now I am not successful in getting anyone to speak with scammers

The company is a complete SCAM!
They advertise clothes with photos stolen from other brands. I ordered two coats (not for a cheap price as well) and received cheap knock-offs that are a disgrace. The company will not agree to a refund. Check them out on google - there are many complaints about them.

Undoubtedly, One of the best women clothing store. I rarely find such amazing experience that I found with Luvyle. They have coolest dresses with new and very unique designs. What I like most about them is their fabric's finest quality and consistent pricing. I got every thing as I ordered, even packaging was also great too. I already added Luvyle to my favorite list. I will definitely shop again and recommend to my friends.

Ordered 3 tops all different sizes as one for me other 2 for friends. Quality and sizes nothing like they should be or how they appear on their website. Quality awful no return policy despite saying I would cover postage back to China and they continuously ignored request for return address. I have wasted a huge amount of money and I am appalled by their service, quality and over priced clothes. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered boots in February and 3 months later still waiting to receive them. I haven't had an update on delivery and no one responds to emails. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have contacted my bank to report this and asked them to recover my monies. Terrible service!

Ordered in February. I know COVID an issue but inquired after 6 weeks about status as they charged my card immediately. Asked on no less than 6 occasions up to the end of May for a copy of receipt/invoice so I could have my purchase reversed. 6 different service reps, 6 different replies. No invoice ever received. Refund promised by 3 of them since early May. Still waiting. Basically money gone - lesson learned.

The dress that I bought from luvyle is really awesome. The quality and the fit are perfect. I love the collection on their website. This is my favorite website and I order clothes for almost every occasion from them.

Absolutely the oder was on time and the order was same as it was mentioned... i ordered two tops and the dresses are having wonderful colours and they are easycare... i would recommend luvyle and definitely would say they are not scam..

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. This is one of the most amazing sites I've ever dealt with. The site is shopper friendly and the chart guide makes it easy when picking clothes. The clothes are amazing and the pricing is reasonable. Shopping for myself and for others online has never been this easy!

Better than the rest! We've all ordered clothes off of places like eBay and Amazon and be disappointed when it arrived but that's not the case this time! This is the most helpful site for online shopping that I have ever seen. It has a great selection of clothes and great prices to back it up. The size chart helps to make sure it's always the perfect fit. A wonderful experience all around.

Actually has a support and they are very cute! I personally like the product because of the quality of fabrics and it was very comfortable...

My order never came, but they charged my card immediately. Have tried emailing, calling, no response. Tried canceling my order, but when I go through the process it says $0 refund! I will file a dispute with my credit card company next. This place has no customer service and clearly no pride in their business. This is actually the first negative review I have ever written for anything, but so unimpressed that I felt the need! I would highly suggest you do not purchase from Luvyle!

It was so easy to track where your pakage was. And they have so many different products. I definetly think twice to recommend this site to my friends and family.

After ordering two blouses, they came to me very quickly. The shipment was well secured, the clothes were as described and of good quality. I recommend :)

The luvyle website is very easy to navigate and there is sufficient variety to created a stylish wardrobe. Bought some XL tshirts and they were all perfect fit. Excellent product, easily washable and quick drying, Loved all the designs and the packaging and prompt delivery.

I ordered 8 shirts, it took 2 months and I only received 5 shirts. They were nothing like the pictures, the material is cheap and feels like a table cloth and clearly the person who packaged the shirts was either color blind or really drunk as they sent me a blue shirt instead of yellow, a green instead of black, a blue instead of grey and a royal blue instead of green. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

Purchased a large order and was not satisfied with the merchandise. I contacted them by email which went on forever because they wanted to offer me a $19 credit voucher. I explained that all I want is a full refund as I do not want anymore merchandise from them. They told me to pay my own shipping and communication soon ceased. Now I'm left with clothes I don't want, clothes that have a smell, clothes that are missing threading. I'm extremely upset! They have my money and I have nothing.

Extremely satisfied with the clothes i ordered. The clothes were so on point and were made with the best quality fabrics. Made me look incredible
