I received two copies of my book 3-13-13and yet have not seen any record of purchase in my revenue/sales record.

I have ordered the first copy of my book from Lulu on February 2,2010 and still have not received it. I have tried emailing and ring the phone numbers given, some are disconnected and when I leave messages no one got back to me. I am very disappointed with your service.
