Don't communicate with them other than in writing - they will try to say that they told you over the phone. This and that. And blah blah blah. I refused to speak with them over the phone and this aggravated them tremendously and they used that against me - saying I was unwilling to work with them to resolve the issue. There is no need to communicate with them over the phone especially since they know that they are selling salvaged junk auto parts not low mileage auto parts... :P ... Trust me in the long run - do not order anything from this fraudulent unethical company!

It is extremely hard. It took me five days and e-mails to which they never answered. I had to keep calling until they finally answered. Extremely rude.
