Hi - i purchased an order for my daughter for christmas. i ordered on 11/28 order #169061 and still have not received it. i have emailed several times asking for the tracking number and no one has responded. i also tried contacting via fb. can someone from lotus leggings please contact me with a tracking number.

How do i get a tracking number for a package that i ordered over a week ago? my order number is 177747 and, despite trying to contact your support online and not getting a reply in the promised 24 hours, i still haven't heard anything or received an e-mail with a tracking number. i e-mailed the support again today but it would have been helpful if the site had a phone number so i could have just called and talked to someone directly. if you could update me on the status of my order i would appreciate it.

Chat conversation start 1.1m people like this including cheryl adrienne leménager and 12 friends clothing (brand) wed 4:16pm i would really like to order a pair of your leggings because i found a pair that will be perfect for a performance of mine, but i'm very confused/scared of your sizing. i currently wear a large in most brands. i have 23" thighs, 33" waist and 43" hips (at the widest part). using your athletic leggings size chart i would wear an xxxxl for my thighs, xxl for my waist, and my hips are off the charts. i'm at a healthy bmi for my height, not at all overweight or obese. how can this be right? Hi Jackie, We apologize for the late response. Our leggings are true to size so you may have the size you usually get. However we do suggest to get 1 size bigger if you have a bigger booty. Thanks Lotus Leggings
